Tims Italian Chicken Balls Of Meat Recipe

Or your choice of meat products


Ingredients

1. 1 Pound of ground chicken

2. 1 Pound of Spicy Italian ground sausage

3. 1-2 cups Italian bread crumbs

4. Shallots or Sweet Onion to your taste

5. Fresh Oregano or dried works well too.

6. Garlic Fresh cut or shop very fine.

7. 2 cups Mozzarella

8. 2 cups Italian mix cheese

9. Parmesan half cup or more

10. Olive oil add to taste about quarter of a cup or more.

11. Salt and Pepper 2 tablespoons

12. Parsley (dried or fresh)

13. Italian Season Mix also works

14. 1 egg (optional)

 

Cooking Directions



Preheat Oven to 350 ℉


MEATBALL CONSTRUCTION

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Scope out meat into golf ball or bigger scopes.

Place in sheet pan leaving a little room between each ball of meat.



COOKING

Cook for 20-25 minutes.

Check at the 20 minute time marker.

Optional to rotate meatballs at the halfway point of cooking.

Let them cool approximately 5 minutes after you take out of the oven.
